Lofts at College Hill
Lofts at College Hill is a premiere housing complex located in Macon, Georgia. Residents live above the first floor, a 13,000-square-foot retailer space that includes a local restaurant and bar with outdoor seating and a coffee and tea house. The complex offers 145 one- and two-bedroom, fully furnished loft units. GEC performed all construction services for the project, including soil, concrete and masonry testing, asphalt testing, and structural steel inspection.
